Joe Lado Devesa and his team look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you to The Manor Restaurant, and an enjoyable evening sampling our food and wine.
Our regular guests will know that the menu changes according to the season, so if a meal you enjoyed last time is not on the menu, forgive us. We aim to provide a selection of dishes prepared in our own kitchens using fresh, natural ingredients from local suppliers.
By changing our a la carte menu every couple of weeks, our focus is on the quality of dishes we provide, not the quantity we could produce, supplemented by our daily specials. If there is a particular dish you would prefer that is not on the menu, and you are able to let us know in the morning of your stay, our chef will do his best to provide it for that same evening.
Head Chef, Joe Lado Devesa, has a fantastic background having been a head chef for some 15 years, working in some of the country's top hotels and establishments alongside some well known and well established chefs. He trained under Jean Christophe Novelli, and for 3 years was the Head Chef at the Tate Modern in

Please be aware that some dishes may contain traces of nuts, and if you have any particular food allergies, or if you have any special dietary requirements, please ask to speak to the Chef, who will do his best to accommodate your requirements.
Our wines are carefully selected, and designed to complement the dishes on offer. They are regularly reviewed and the aim is to provide a selection of reasonably priced wines from a number of the main wine producing countries, though with emphasis on the more traditional producers.
